COMPANY BACKGROUND
Sandy Hunt is a nurse practitioner based in the Boston Area who focuses on the French Art of Graceful Aging. In 2021, she took a great leap and left her company to launch her own medical spa & graceful aging clinic called The French NP.
MY MISSION
As a new business, The French NP was in need of all the works. We held strategy sessions for Sandy's business, but particularly focused on how to teach the American market about the French philosophy of graceful aging and facial balancing. As a resident of France, I was able to work with her to incorporate French ideology and aesthetic into her brand strategy and digital marketing plan.
We are still building her beautiful brand, securing international speaking opportunities, and partnering with reputable medical brands. Moving forward we are currently designing an Accredited Continuing Education Academy for Nurses, focused within graceful aging and advanced aesthetics.

The French NP wanted her brand to be presented with an air of luxury while also amplifying the French culture and philosophy on graceful aging. We highlighted her non-surgical techniques while focusing on imagery, ideologies and elements which spoke directly to french influence, wellness, beauty and culture.

DESIGN PROCESS
1. DISCOVERY + BRAND STRATEGY
Sandy and I began our journey in May 2021 with a 3 Day Brand Strategy session. I learned about her background in non-surgical aesthetic nursing and we spoke about the importance her french culture holds within her business. We were able to define her brand identity, target market, revenue goals, efficiency approach and more.
We used these details to create a Brand Strategy guide to help lead the decision making process throughout the architecture of her new brand.
2. WEBSITE AND
UX DESIGN
Using information from our strategy session, possibilities were mapped for her customer journey and UX site design. The site demonstrates a french aesthetic and direct brand positioning. It uses specific graphic elements, photography and verbiage to attract and engage her target audience.
The French NP's philosophy statement is outlined to educate visitors on the importance of embracing age and her commitment to natural looking results. To more deeply connect to her french roots, we tied in additional luxury services such as french themed private beauty events and villa rental experiences in the French Riviera. We are soon launching an eCommerce, automated email sequences, educational material, and more.
3. DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Our strategy sessions uncovered three core brand pillars for The French NP to be used as the focal points for her digital marketing plan. Using this, while noting her business goals, an SEO approach was created to align with her objectives.
I created several months worth of digital content for her various online profiles. Keywords, engagement rates and demographics were compared against her competitors for more precise planning. After researching her target demographic I specified ideal posting times and auto scheduled her social posts. We plan to continue with blog content, A/B testing, collaborations, promotions, sales funneling and more. Our goal is to to keep her calendar booked while also nurturing community and body positivity in the graceful aging journey.
